I purchased a Nikon D3100 and a 18-55 VR lens in August of 2011. I started this project as a way to get to know my equipment better and a way to get to know myself better. I want to learn and try new things and hopefully end up with a few great photographs along the way.
One photo, everyday, for one year. That sentence sound so simple. I expect this project to be hard. I expect it to force me to spend time with my camera. I expect it to make me into that crazy lady who takes her camera everywhere. I expect to learn new things about my life.
So here is to my new camera fresh out of the box, not a picture taken on it!
