We have a beautiful and very large butterfly bush in our backyard. It attracts a multitude of butterflies, bees and hummingbirds. It's a popular place!

This is whats on my table! The light shines in the backdoor onto the table and makes the quilting pretty easy to see. This quilt was a team effort. My hubby pieced it and I quilted it! I love looking at this quilt everyday!

Gavin is a great napper! He will often wake up and wait patiently for me to come retrieve him. Today however, he wanted me to get him RIGHT NOW. I further tested his patience by snapping a few photos. Love ya buddy!

I have always loved this thimble. I bought it at Quilt Market in Utah a few years back. I'm sewing the binding down by hand on this quilt and these items are always in my hand sewing basket.

This is Gavin behind the baby gate that blocks the way to the upstairs. I often wonder if he knows he's a prisoner in his own home :)
-Personal note of the day: Hmmm, this project is going to be hard. It was rainy today and I felt like there was no good light for any of the million pictures that I took. Plus I really didnt know what to photograph today. And yes I know Im 3 days in and running out of ideas. Maybe inspiration will come tomorrow.
